Easy Yogurt Parfait Popsicle's

Yogurt Parfait Popsicle

One thing I really want to share with you on this blog is my Pinterest recipe successes! A lot of my meals are inspired right off of the famous site. Majority of the time, I do alter the recipes to accommodate my taste preferences, budget or to just simplify the recipe more. A recipe I recently attempted, was the Yogurt Parfait Popsicle's! They turned out so good and even my husband loved them! I tend to stay away from any ideas that contain a lot of ingredients so this was one I super excited to try! With only three ingredients- these pops are the perfect cool, guilt free treat for the hot summer! Adult & Kid approved!

Yogurt Parfait Popsicle

Things You'll Need:

-Popsicle Mold (purchased mine at Dollar Tree) -Granola -Yogurt (Any kind!) -Fruit (frozen or fresh)

How to:

1. Start with filling Popsicle molds with a tablespoon of granola

2. Scoop yogurt in container until about 70% full

3. Fill remaining room with fruit of choice

4. Place in freezer over night & then enjoy!!

The best thing about this recipe is you can mix it up! The first time I made it, I used low fat vanilla yogurt, granola and blueberries. The next time I used peach yogurt, peaches, blueberries & granola. It's a recipe that has a lot of room for alterations to accommodate taste preferences! Hope y'all give it a try & enjoy!
