At the beginning of March, me, my hubby & the talented, Haley Anne from Haley Ann Photography braved the cold & snowy elements of northern Ohio to collaborate & capture truly magic photos at the breath taking Wildwood Manor House! 🏛🖤 The house is a stunning colonial manor filled with so much history, beautiful interior & sits on acres upon acres of land! When I was in college, I often took a study break to come visit the old home & the beautiful property it sits on. It has always been a dream of mine to own a colonial style farmhouse similar to the Wildwood Manor, but since I'm still waiting to hit the lotto 😅 I'll just have to settle with pictures next to one 😜🖤 Check out some of the photos from this awesome collaboration & the details on my outfit! 💋🖤
I wanted something very dramatic that didn't cost a fortune, so I went to Amazon & scored this gorgeous black gown for an amazing price! It's comfortable, sexy & flattering for all body types! I can't tell you how comfortable this dress was to wear! The slit & lace sleeves gave the drama I was looking for! I'm wearing an a XL which was big on me, but I chose to be on the safe side because I ordered it relatively close to our shoot & didn't want to chance it. I'm usually a size 10/12 in clothing.
I don't get opportunity to wear heels all the time & since this was a for a special occasion I really didn't want to spend a lot so I opted for these cheap, simple black strappy sandals! Very low, comfortable heel & they come in a ton of different colors! I'll definitely be ordering again! Plus they have a ton of different colors to choose to from!

My hubby & I take photos a lot & I'm honestly so very glad we do because I love looking back at all the beautiful moments captured in time! The crazy places we've been to shoot these photos, who we were then in the photos & who we've become now 🖤 Sometimes I wish everyone knew the heartache, hard times, love, passion & sacrifice that happened between one beautiful photo shoot to the next, but just knowing myself makes me appreciate them more as time goes on. More photos simply mean we've made it! Our love has overcome the obstacles life tried to throw at us. You don't have to be a senior in high school, engaged or pregnant in order to get a photo shoot done with you & your significant other! Do it for you both & do it just because! Don't think about your weight, the money, if you're photogenic or whatever! JUST TAKE THE PHOTOS! I promise you'll look back on the photos & be so glad you did 🖤
