Ground Turkey Feta Spinach Burgers
As mentioned in previous posts, when I eat clean - I like to mix it up. Constantly eating the same thing causes boredom & for me - stimulates more bad food cravings!
Mix up your lunch or dinner this week with this RIDICULOUSLY simple meal idea -
Ground Turkey Feta Spinach Burgers with Rice Cauliflower
What you'll need:
- 1 lbs of Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 Cup of Spinach (chopped up)
- 1 Cup of Feta Cheese
- Garlic Powder (lightly sprinkle on)
(Makes six burgers)
Side: Green Giant Frozen Rice Cauliflower (available at Walmart)
Simply combine patty contents into a bowl and mix ingredients evenly together & for into a burger patty.
Cook on stove top at medium heat until cooked through.
Rice Cooking Instructions:
I know some make their own rice cauliflower, but for a lazy method the frozen kind from Green Giant is cheap & gets the job done.
All you do is put it in the microwave for 6 minutes.
